Work place: Changping Town, Dongguan City. Job description:1/ Worked as Data entry staff for a month and later was promoted as customer service agent for my Lacoste POLO Shirts . Mainly checked complaint mails from customers and helped handle the problem that customers raised by sorting out the Lacoste Polo Shirts through SAP system and thinking of ways to solve them timely. Communication way is through mail and telephone. 2/ Team leader in an English study group and won many prizes through competitions held by company top level with other English Ralph Lauren Polo shirts.
